WHAT FORMS OF ID DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept a Driver’s license or Passport. 

WHAT CAN I WEAR?

We have a relaxed dress code, please check individual events. But generally no fancy dress (except for Halloween or themed events).

I LOST SOME OF MY BELONGINGS IN THE CLUB, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

You can call the office directly on 0191 466 1720 between 10am and 5pm Monday – Friday. Or you can email hi@theloftsne1.co.uk.

DO YOU HAVE A CLOAKROOM?

Yes, follow signs in the club. 

CAN I PAY ON THE DOOR?

Yes, you can. However, it will be more expensive than purchasing advance tickets. 

WHERE CAN I BUY TICKETS?

You can purchase advance tickets from Skiddle and Fatsoma. We also have VIP packages available. For ticket and VIP Package links go to the Events page and click on the event you’re interested in. 

WHEN IS LAST ENTRY TO THE CLUB?

Generally, ticket holders must arrive by Midnight (unless specified on certain events). You can pay on the door until 2am. 

WHEN DOES THE CLUB OPEN AND CLOSE?

Standard opening times are 10am to 3am, however for certain events we extend hours. We recommend checking event pages for exact opening times. 

WHAT ARE DJ SET TIMES?

We announce these on our social media channels in the week of the event.
